2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Alpha Kids is designed for children ages 3-6 years. Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

2.2 Account Creation

To use Alpha Kids, you must:

Create an account using Google OAuth
Provide accurate and complete information
Be a parent or legal guardian of the child using the service
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Supervising your child's use of the platform

3. Service Description

3.1 Educational Platform

Alpha Kids provides interactive educational games designed to help children ages 3-6 develop math skills through engaging gameplay.

3.2 Service Tiers

Free Tier:

Access to all games
Limited to 10 minutes per day
No credit card required
Session automatically ends after daily limit

Premium Tier:

Unlimited access to all games
Progress tracking and analytics
Ad-free experience
Priority support

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Premium subscription pricing:

Premium Weekly: $0.50/week (billed weekly, approximately $2/month)
Family Plan: $1.00/week for up to 5 children (approximately $4/month)

Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice to active subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance
Auto-renewal occurs unless canceled before the renewal date
You will receive an email reminder before each renewal
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier

4.4 Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if canceled within 7 days of initial purchase
After 7 Days: No refunds for remaining subscription periods
Refunds processed within 10 business days
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for technical issues

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Alpha Kids only for its intended educational purpose.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Share your account credentials with others
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the service
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Resell or redistribute our content without permission

5.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Forfeiture of remaining subscription time (no refund)
Legal action if necessary

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Alpha Kids, including but not limited to:

Games, graphics, and animations
Text, images, and videos
Software code and algorithms
Logos, trademarks, and branding

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Alpha Kids for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content
Create derivative works based on our platform
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use our content for commercial purposes

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Progress Data

Game progress, scores, and achievements generated through your use of Alpha Kids remain your property, but you grant us a license to use this data to:

Provide and improve our services
Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics
Display progress in your parent dashboard

7.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime

9.2 Modifications to Service

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
Update game content and curriculum
Change pricing with 7 days notice to existing subscribers
Implement new features or remove existing ones

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Educational Disclaimer

Important: Alpha Kids is a supplementary educational tool and is not a substitute for formal education, tutoring, or professional educational assessment. Results may vary for each child.

10.2 Service "AS IS"

Alpha Kids is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of content

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Kids shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruptions or errors
Unauthorized access to your account
Third-party content or services

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Kids, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your child's use of the platform under your account

12. Termination

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

You violate these Terms
Your account is inactive for 12+ months
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the service

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to Alpha Kids will be immediately revoked
No refunds for remaining subscription time (unless required by law)
Your data may be deleted after 30 days (see Privacy Policy)

13. Dispute Resolution
